Description: Almost all clematis flowers will vary in colour throughout the year.  This is quite natural.  You will notice that in spring, the flower colour is very intense.  Summer flowering is usually paler or faded.  Autumn flowers can also be intense if the autumn is cool, sometimes with colours that are not expected.. Sit back and enjoy the changes, it makes your life a bit more interesting.
